Watsu is a bodywork that is performed in a pool of water, not on a traditional massage table or mat. Watsu it`s all about stretching, massage, joint mobilization, breathing exercises, that make you  relax the body and ease the mind. Watsu is very recommended for any kind of people at any age. Watsu can relax tense muscles and increase mobility, especially for people who have difficulty in moving. Watsu was invented by the therapist Harold Dull in the 80`s and this treatment has been recently  introduced as a passive massage.
