Therapists know exactly what you as a patient need, and for those who have difficulty in breathing in a emotional moment or when arguing, sedatives can really work their charm. Therapists not only help you for the moment, but they give you advices and tips for later on. Sedatives are not candies and should not be taken without a doctor`s opinion. As a conclusion, using sedatives to help a patient is a good idea in some cases, just don`t let sedatives rule your life. They can become a dangerous habit.
